We pride ourselves in providing the services that you need, to the highest level of quality in training, accreditation, and consultancy.
We are well known for delivering to this standard – indeed, we are recommended by a number of organisations, Awarding Bodies and Approved Centres in providing effective delivery of their qualifications, and the associated training.
This is what people have said about our services:
“Thank you for running a great programme and many thanks to Jane for being my assessor.” – Claire Lawrence, External Verifier.
“You have a way with people, it shows in the skill with which you provide feedback.” – Raj Khurana
“Our delegates thoroughly enjoyed your session, it was extremely informative and the audience participation was a clear indication of how much people enjoyed hearing you speak. It was a great active learning session and I know will send our delegates back to their settings inspired to develop their leadership practice. Thank you once again for taking the time to come along and share your expertise.” – Purnima Tanuku OBE, Chief Executive NDNA
“Fantastic! I’m so pleased. Thank you again for all your help, it is very much appreciated.” – Naomi Mitchell, ILM Level 3 participant
“Thank you, it has been a pleasure doing the course with you – many thanks.” – Lesley Hurst.
“The service and information I have received has been fantastic and so encouraging.” – Stella Da Silva, Assessor particpant.
“I really enjoyed working with you guys. I learnt so much too.” – Sue Crowley
“Thank you for a great positive and rewarding module.” – Stephen Brown.
“I am pleased that I have invested time into studying this unit, as it has undoubtedly increased my knowledge base in relation to (external) Quality Assurance. I have found the unit both useful and informative in my preparation and “initial steps” as an External Moderator, enabling me to fully appreciate the importance of possessing the required knowledge (and skills) to become an effective EM. I feel that I am competent at this unit and hereby state that all evidence submitted to my assessor (written and verbal) is my own work.
Further to my comments made in this section of Unit 6 (EQA), I wish to place on record how pleased I am that the knowledge I gained from studying Unit 6 was “easily transferable” into this “practical” Unit 7 of the Award. Aside from “becoming qualified”, my second motive for following this Award was to learn how to become a supportive and effective EM; benefiting the centers’ I visit.
My study of this award, coupled with the observation and feedback by my Assessor at one of my centre visits, was hugely beneficial and supportive. The transference of knowledge (unit 6) into the “real” environment (unit 7), enabled me to evaluate my progress and development. I have thoroughly enjoyed completing this award and aspire to develop further as an External Moderator over the coming years.
May I please formally place on record my thanks for the support, professionalism and guidance of my Assessor, from the start to finish of this award. Thank you.”
– Matt Taylor, Metropolitan Police Trainer
