The New TAQA qualifications
The Assessor and Verifier qualifications have changed.
From 1st January 2011 the assessor and verifier awards (D32, D33, D34, D35) and the A/V units (A1, A2, V1, V2) ceased. They were replaced by new assessor and verifier qualifications, developed by LLUK, which are important for anyone involved in assessment or verification of qualifications on the QCF and in other contexts, and in particular is a requirement for anyone assessing or verifying any qualification on the QCF that has “NVQ” in the title.
Our Assessor training courses and Verifier training courses can update your old ‘D’ units or A/V units to the new Assessor or Verifier qualification, or support you in gaining the new Assessor or Verifier qualification for the first time. We believe that, because of our experience and expertise, we are the only non-awarding body provider in the UK to be approved to offer the new External Verifier qualifications.
